The dataset includes records attributed to identified Mattel corporate, regional, or Mattel-owned brand accounts. Licensors, retailers, fans, employees, and production vendors are excluded from the confirmed account count. Shared posts and alternate endpoints remain labeled rather than being silently counted as separate creative works.

The dataset can document publication, account attribution, campaign timing, localization, format, and public-facing repetition. It cannot by itself establish origin, access, copying, intent, priority, confusion, liability, or the outcome of a legal proceeding.

Platform indexing is incomplete. Deleted posts, Stories, private or geo-restricted material, and crawler restrictions can create gaps. A missing result is not proof that no post existed.
