• advertise, promote, or offer Racerverse products or services as a retailer, distributor, or reseller
• represent that they are an official Racerverse retailer, stockist, partner, distributor, or agent
• use Racerverse or Lucky Races names, marks, logos, artwork, or product imagery as part of a retail listing or commercial identity
• package, bundle, sublicense, or distribute Racerverse materials or experiences
