Return Policy

Physical product returns

Racerverse does not currently list a physical product for sale. If a product is labeled "physical product," you may request a return within 30 days after delivery. The item must be unused and include its original parts, accessories, and packaging. The product page will state any product-specific return-shipping terms.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

Contact us within 30 days of delivery if a physical item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. Include your order number and photographs where helpful. After review, we will provide return instructions and, when appropriate, a replacement or refund. We will not require you to pay return shipping for an error in our fulfillment.

Digital racers

Original Racers and racer gifts are digital products and are final sale after purchase. If a confirmed technical failure on our end prevents delivery, contact us within 30 days with your order receipt and account email. If we confirm the failure, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

How to request a return

Email [email protected] with your name, order number, purchase date, and a short description of the issue. We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method; your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.
