You MAY:

• Create merchandise using your Original Racer to have or sell, with no fees up to $1,000,000 of yearly revenue.
  • Above that amount, pay licensing fees of 5% of revenue.
• Use your Original Racer as an asset in a commercial game or digital experience, with no fees up to $1,000,000 of yearly revenue.
  • Above that amount, pay licensing fees of 5% of revenue.
• Share ownership of your Original Racer with others. No fees.
• Use your Original Racer asset in other virtual worlds or 3D platforms. No fees.
• Create a new collection inspired by your Original Racer:
  • Licensing fees of 5% of all initial sales revenue (any amount).
  • Initial sales revenue paid at 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% sold milestones.
  • 5% of total ongoing secondary sales fees, paid once per month.

Example uses:

• Use in a TV show
• Use in a Video Game
• Create a novel where your Original Racer is a character
• Tradable card game with your Original Racers as characters
• T-shirts, sweatpants, other physical merchandise
• 3D printed figures of your racer
• Collectible series
