Original Racer License

Your Original Racer can be a character, vehicle, collectible identity, and creative starting point in the Racerverse world. This license explains how you can use it for merch, games, 3D printing, stories, virtual worlds, and inspired collections, while keepingRacerverse™ brand usage separate. You MAY:

• Create merchandise using your Original Racer to have, share, display, or sell, with no fees up to $1,000,000 of yearly revenue.
  • Above that amount, pay licensing fees of 5% of revenue.
  • Example merchandise includes apparel, prints, stickers, accessories, toys, and 3D printed figures.
• Use your Original Racer as an asset in a commercial game, app, browser world, or digital experience, with no fees up to $1,000,000 of yearly revenue.
  • Above that amount, pay licensing fees of 5% of revenue.
  • Your racer may appear as a character, vehicle, avatar, prop, collectible, or playable object.
• Share ownership of your Original Racer with others. No fees.
• Use your Original Racer asset in other virtual worlds, galleries, social spaces, metaverse-style projects, or 3D platforms beyond the Racerverse™. No fees.
• Create a new collection, character lineup, toy series, card set, or digital collectible project inspired by your Original Racer:
  • Licensing fees of 5% of all initial sales revenue (any amount).
  • Initial sales revenue paid at 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% sold milestones.
  • 5% of total ongoing secondary sales fees, paid once per month.

Example uses:

• Use your Original Racer in a TV show, video series, short film, or animation
• Use your Original Racer in a video game, browser game, or interactive digital experience
• Create a novel, comic, or story where your Original Racer is a character in the Racerverse or in your own world
• Create a tradable card game with your Original Racers as characters
• Create T-shirts, sweatpants, hats, stickers, posters, prints, and other physical merchandise
• Create 3D printed figures, desk toys, display models, and physical collectible prototypes of your racer
• Create a collectible series, character set, or inspired universe that grows from your Original Racer
