Export Terms

Effective Date: February 12, 2026

1. Overview

These Export Terms govern the process of transferring ("exporting") an Original Racer digital asset from the Racerverse custody vault to your own Ethereum wallet. By requesting an export, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms supplement our general Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

To export an Original Racer, you must:

  • Have a verified Racerverse account in good standing
  • Own a racer that is currently held in Racerverse custody on your behalf
  • Provide a valid Ethereum wallet address capable of receiving ERC-721 tokens

3. Export Process

Export requests are initiated from your Racerverse dashboard. Once you submit an export request:

  • Your request enters a processing queue
  • The transfer is executed within 7 days via a safeTransferFrom transaction on the Ethereum blockchain
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the transfer is complete
  • Your dashboard will reflect the updated ownership status

4. Irreversibility

Once an export is completed, it cannot be reversed.

After the on-chain transfer is executed, Racerverse no longer holds your racer and has no ability to retrieve, recover, or return it. You are solely responsible for:

  • The security of your Ethereum wallet and private keys
  • Ensuring the destination wallet address is correct before confirming the export
  • Any gas fees required for subsequent on-chain interactions with your token

5. What Transfers

When you export your racer, the following are transferred to your wallet:

  • The portable ownership token representing your Original Racer
  • On-chain metadata (traits, DNA, stats)
  • IPFS-pinned assets, including the 3D model (GLB) and hero image

Platform features such as the 3D viewer, drive mode, and Racerverse access remain available to you regardless of whether your racer is in custody or in your own wallet.

6. What Does Not Transfer

Export does not include or guarantee:

  • Any secondary market value or liquidity for your racer
  • Compatibility with third-party marketplaces, wallets, or platforms
  • Future platform features, updates, or rewards beyond what is currently available

7. Fees

Racerverse does not charge a fee for exporting your racer. However, you are responsible for any on-chain gas fees that may apply to transactions involving your token after export.

8. Refunds

Export is final. Once an export request has been submitted and the on-chain transfer has been initiated, no refunds will be issued for the original purchase.

9. Limitation of Liability

Racerverse and Lucky Machines LLC are not responsible for:

  • Tokens sent to an incorrect or incompatible wallet address
  • Loss of access to your wallet or private keys
  • Smart contract interactions performed by you or third parties after export
  • Issues arising from third-party marketplaces, tools, or services
  • Loss of value, whether real or perceived, of your exported token

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Export Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the export feature after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
