Racerverse™ Original Racers are digital collectibles. When you purchase a Racer, you receive a unique digital 3D collectible stored on the Ethereum blockchain. No physical item is manufactured, shipped, or delivered. Your Racer exists as a digital asset that you can view, interact with, and enjoy through our 3D viewer and related services.

Not an Investment

Original Racers are designer toy collectibles, not investments or financial instruments.

We make no representations or promises regarding:

  • The future value of any Racer
  • The ability to resell a Racer at any particular price
  • Any potential return on your purchase
  • The existence or liquidity of any secondary market

You should purchase a Racer because you enjoy it as a collectible, not with the expectation of profit or financial gain.

Blockchain Ownership Record

Each Original Racer is represented as a token on the Ethereum blockchain. The blockchain serves as a public record of ownership. While we use blockchain technology, Racerverse is a collectible brand, not a cryptocurrency platform. Please be aware of the following:

  • Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed
  • If you export your Racer to a personal wallet, you are solely responsible for the security of that wallet
  • We cannot recover Racers sent to incorrect wallet addresses
  • Ethereum network performance, fees, and availability are outside our control

Third-Party Services

Racerverse relies on third-party services to operate. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of these services, which include but are not limited to:

  • Stripe: Processes credit card payments securely on our behalf
  • Ethereum Network: Provides the blockchain infrastructure for ownership records and on-chain purchases
  • Cloud Hosting Providers: Host our website, 3D viewer, and digital assets

Issues with any third-party service may temporarily affect your ability to purchase, view, or export Racers.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase an Original Racer or use the Racerverse Service. By making a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

No Gambling or Earnings

Racerverse does not involve gambling, wagering, lotteries, or any form of chance-based monetary rewards. There are no earnings, winnings, or payouts associated with purchasing or owning a Racer. The 3D viewer and interactive features are provided purely for personal enjoyment.

No Guarantees of Service

We do not guarantee:

  • That the Service, 3D viewer, or any feature will be available at all times
  • That the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted
  • That any bugs or errors will be corrected within a specific timeframe
  • That the Service will meet your specific expectations
