These Export Terms govern the process of transferring ("exporting") an Original Racer digital asset from the Racerverse custody vault to your own Ethereum wallet. By requesting an export, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms supplement our general Terms of Service.
To export an Original Racer, you must:
Export requests are initiated from your Racerverse dashboard. Once you submit an export request:
safeTransferFrom transaction on the Ethereum blockchainOnce an export is completed, it cannot be reversed.
After the on-chain transfer is executed, Racerverse no longer holds your racer and has no ability to retrieve, recover, or return it. You are solely responsible for:
When you export your racer, the following are transferred to your wallet:
Platform features such as the 3D viewer, drive mode, and Racerverse access remain available to you regardless of whether your racer is in custody or in your own wallet.
Export does not include or guarantee:
Racerverse does not charge a fee for exporting your racer. However, you are responsible for any on-chain gas fees that may apply to transactions involving your token after export.
Export is final. Once an export request has been submitted and the on-chain transfer has been initiated, no refunds will be issued for the original purchase.

We may update these Export Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the export feature after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
