All purchases of Original Racers are final. Due to the nature of digital collectibles, each Original Racer is uniquely generated at the time of purchase and cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold back to Racerverse™.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are buying a unique digital collectible and that no refund will be issued under normal circumstances.
If a technical failure on our end prevents delivery of your Original Racer (for example, your payment was processed but your racer was never created or made available in your account), you may request a refund by contacting us within 30 days of purchase.

We will investigate your request and respond within 5 business days. If we confirm a technical failure prevented delivery, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Credit card payments are processed by Stripe. If you believe a charge was made in error or without your authorization, you may contact Stripe or your card issuer directly to initiate a dispute. Stripe handles payment disputes in accordance with their own policies and applicable card network rules.
We cooperate with all legitimate dispute investigations. However, filing a fraudulent chargeback may result in suspension of your Racerverse account.
Once an Original Racer has been exported (transferred) to your personal Ethereum wallet, it is fully under your control and no longer held in Racerverse custody. We cannot issue refunds for racers that have been exported, as the transfer is irreversible and we no longer have custody of the asset.
Purchases made directly with Ethereum are processed on-chain and are inherently final. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. No refunds will be issued for Ethereum-based purchases except in cases of confirmed technical failure as described in Section 2 above.
